OUR DISTINCTION

People see a clear path to their desired transformation Leaders are engaged and committed to their own intended outcomes Change is embraced, and transformation is sustained

  • People see a clear path to their desired transformation
  • Leaders are engaged and committed to their own intended outcomes
  • Change is embraced, and transformation is sustained

Use the imperative of change to drive decisions

Time Waits for No Man. The days of communicating incremental change—something to be identified, planned, managed and evaluated, are gone.

Use the power of engagement to get buy-in

Telling isn't selling anymore. Telling stakeholders what to do and how to do it is no longer effective for generating support and enthusiasm.

Use the momentum of transformation to stay on target

A stream never flows backwards. Strategic decisions cannot be resisted, nor undone. A stream never flows back to it's previous location.

FLEETWOOD ASSOCIATES, LLC

The name Fleetwood means “stream in woods,” a great metaphor for our practice; helping leaders and organizations change and transform to achieve their vision. Leaders and organizations can learn a lot from streams and how they constantly adapt and transform themselves and their environments.

WHY FLEETWOOD? Your vision is important to us

When choosing a name for our coaching/consulting firm, first and foremost, we wanted to honor the ancestral home of one of our founders—our farm Fleetwood. It is a beautiful pastoral place in the heart of Southside Virginia. Oh, and please consider it as a place for your next leadership gathering.

The name Fleetwood means “stream in woods,” a great metaphor for our practice; helping leaders and organizations change and transform to achieve their vision. Streams present sudden opportunities and challenges; healthy streams are vibrant, constantly moving; and powerful streams use their momentum to shape their surroundings. Leaders and organizations can learn a lot from streams and how they constantly adapt and transform themselves and their environments.

don't just take our word for it

“Jack has consistently brought leadership, rigor and thought processes to our clinical transformation and electronic medical records work.

Change is often difficult, however, Jack always finds ways to make it fun and engaging. He has designed and incorporated experiential learning exercises into leadership workshops and other innovative events. He encourages us to ask the hard questions and find vital solutions.

I am most appreciative of our coaching moments. They have helped me see things from a broader perspective and become a better leader.”
